She called it necessary.
Before leaving the terminal, Samuel walked toward Ethan’s section.

Samuel laughed.
Then held out his hand.

“How’s school?”
“Almost done.”
“Facilities management?”
“Yeah.”
“Still a real degree?”
“Still.”
Mark appeared farther down the terminal.
He saw Samuel.

“Mark.”

Passenger complaints dropped slightly.
